Meringue Cookies – a staple of my childhood (which explains a lot of things!). These are delicious and easy to make. I actually prefer to make this recipe with half the sugar (or double the egg whites and the vanilla extract). These cookies will melt in your mouth – they’re amaaaaazing!
3 egg whites, room temperature
2/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cream of tartar (or lemon juice)
